The Purpose of the Company

1) The purpose of the company is the import and export of goods of various kinds, in particular with dental-medical material and equipment.

2) The company is entitled to undertake all business activities which may directly or indirectly further the purpose of the company. The company may take over other companies of the same or similar kind, may participate in them or manage their business. The company may also establish branches.

3) Services requiring special permission are excluded, unless a respective licence exists.
